DATA & ACCOUNTABILITY | DROHA UGANDA STRATEGIC PLAN 2024–2028

Measuring Transformation through Data, Rigor, and Evidence

Demonstrating measurable community outcomes, transparent monitoring, and rigorous evaluation standards across Eastern Uganda.
EVIDENCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Grounding Community Empowerment in Data Driven Accountability

At Droha Uganda, we measure success not by activities completed, but by sustainable improvements in household resilience, income stability, and community well-being. Our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system tracks real-time progress across all program interventions in Jinja, Kamuli, Mayuge, Luuka, and expansion districts.

By combining quantitative indicator tracking with qualitative beneficiary field stories, we ensure complete operational transparency for our partners, donors, and the communities we serve. Every intervention under our 2024–2028 Strategic Plan undergoes rigorous baseline evaluations, routine field auditing, and participatory community feedback.
